EBT swiss engineering AG produces different kinds of finned and bare tube heat exchangers. All tubes are in stainless steel (1.4306/304 or 1.4571/316Ti) with fins in aluminium or stainless steel.

TYPES OF JAK HEATERS:

  • Steam air heaters

  • Hot water air heaters

  • Regeneration air heaters

  • Electrical heat exchangers

  • Oil heat exchangers

  • Refrigerant heat exchangers

A RANGE OF EXECUTIONS IS POSSIBLE:

  • With extractable elements

  • Insulated housings

  • Including all the necessary valves.

All our JAK HEATERS are customized according our client specifications and requests.

Our finned tubed type SOL COOLERs (dehumidifiers) are normally operated with ice water. Depending on the situation, demisters in combination with a reheater (steam or hot water) may be used as required.

The cooling coil consists of stainless steel tubes with aluminium or stainless steel fins. The demister is made of aluminium, chrome steel or PVC.

Our stainless-steel housings are fully welded and insulated on the interior and exterior for the highest hygienic standards. Easy cleaning with high pressure water is possible due to the combination of extractable elements and access doors.

For the energy transfer water, water-glycol fluid, brine, seawater, refrigerants ,thermal oil or a range of medias may be used.

The BOS SORPTION unit can dry process air down to 2 g/kg or lower humidity without condensation by means of high efficiency sorption rotors (silica gel).

Regeneration air with a temperature between 120 and 170°C in counter-flow to the process air will dry out (regenerate) the humid sorption rotor.

Many options are possible, like:

  •     Integration of a pre-cooler for higher drying capacity

  •     Filter stages for the process and regeneration air side

  •     Heat recovery loops

  •     Air sterilisation system

  •     Attenuators

  •     Fan for process or regeneration air

  •     Air cooler after the rotor since the air is heated up by the drying process

Our stainless-steel housings are fully welded and insulated on the interior and exterior for the highest hygienic standards. Easy cleaning with high pressure water is possible due to the combination of extractable elements and access doors.

Our range of BOS SORPTION units can dehumidify process air in the range of a few hundred kg/h air up to more than 200,000 kg/h.

All units are tailor-made to our customer specifications.

Our WAL AIR HANDLING units (AHU) our customers get everything in one package and out of a single hand, ready for connection.

This may be an air intake unit with prefilters, winter coil (steam or hot water), attenuators, inlet fan and fine filters. The filters can be replaced in a few simple steps.

Thanks to a differential pressure gauge for each filter stage, any contamination of the filters is noticeable sooner. These units may also be combined with a sorption unit (see also BOS SORPTION).

All components are directly installed in the housing, which is fully welded on the interior and exterior and fully insulated. All heat exchangers can be extracted and all components are accessible by user-friendly service hatches.

This allows for easy cleaning and a hygienic production process, as well as low noise exposure.

MIL RECU units allow our customers to recover energy from different processes. Inlet air may be preheated with the energy from the outlet air with the benefit of major cost savings. Thanks to our proprietary calculation program, we are in a position to calculate even highly complex recuperation circuits with different operating scenarios for the different seasons. The implementation of the local energy costs permits an accurate calculation of the payback period.

All housings are fully welded on the interior and exterior, and come with a fully insulated housing. The heat exchangers can be easily extracted for replacement.
